How it works:
1. The customer has 180 days from the date of purchase to evaluate the product. The 180-day period begins from the date of the sale and counts all calendar days from that date until the end of the 180-day period. If an issue happens after 180 days - just contact us and we'll be glad to help.
2. If there is an issue, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, the item which is not satisfactory, a description of the issue, and sufficient photos to show the issue (at least 1 photo). If these are not included in the initial email we will ask for them before we can proceed.
3. After we've verified everything we'll issue you a refund for your full order price if the order only contained the item, or the price you paid for the item that was defective or unsatisfactory if the order contained more than one item.
Other considerations: The refund will be made to the payment method used for the initial purchase. We cannot refund to other accounts or payment methods if they were not used in the initial purchase.
Why a 180-day period? We offer a roughly 6-month period to receive the product, evaluate it, and make sure it is up to standard. We believe this is ample time to do so. We put a limit on this period to protect ourselves and others from any fraudulent activity that may arise over time and also to set a common sense boundary for refunds.
